After reading Thomas Hawk’s blog post about a new little hack for flickr which Daniel Catt put together I had to try it out for myself! It searches through all your photos and puts together all your most commonly used tags and makes a pretty and colourful tag cloud!

Here’s mine below;

If you want to try it out for yourself you can find it here.

I’ve created a new section to display photography I take at events which arn’t in keeping with my photography on the original section.

So, from today;

You can still find my normal photography here at www.lloydengland.com/photography

As well as event photography here, at www.lloydengland.com/photography/events

Enjoy!

Last night I added a newly updated photography section to the site. Previously, each photo and each album had to be created manually, and was a time consuming task. Due to me also uploading photos I take to my Flickr account, dealing with the same photos twice was repetative and to an extent a waste.

So, the new section now allows photos I upload to Flickr show on my website, in their own albums, with comments and camera settings data automatically. As well as being more efficient for me to manage my photos online, it will also make my photography section more up to date, as I reguarly use Flickr for my photography, and will add additional features to the site, such as photo commenting.

Photography Section: www.lloydengland.com/photography or click the Photography link in the navigation bar at the top of every page.

Hampton Court Palace, Taken March 13th 2007

After entering an on going BBC Photography competition, this photo has been selected to be shown on BBC Online and on BBCi Interactive TV as part of the BBC Britain in Pictures series this summer. Here’s a photo of it on BBCi below, thanks to Myles for taking the photo below for me.

Hopefully this will be the start of something good! To see the photo for yourself, you can have a look at the BBC Website, or press Red on your TV from a BBC Channel, and navigate your way to Britain in Pictures.
