Last Sunday I had the pleasure of attending the Leeds Castle Fireworks display in Kent. It was a stroke of luck that I was even able to attend as I only found out the event was taking place a few days prior to the date and with tickets selling out fast quickly snapped them up.
With thanks to Google Maps earlier in the day, and arriving with plenty of time before the fireworks were due to begin, I set up my equipment in a prime spot on the banks of the moat of the castle. Soon enough, more and more people stood around waiting for the display to begin, and when it did – wow – I can honestly say it was the best fireworks display I had ever been too.
The display lasted a good 30 minutes and was a good mix of pyrotechnics, with not just fireworks but also lights, a laser beam and flames all to the sound of music being blasted from the castle.
